Modern Two-Light Linear Pendant with Adjustable Rod Suspension – Brass or Nickel Finish

Designed for long dining tables, kitchen islands and open-plan interiors, this two-light linear pendant uses a restrained architectural frame to create presence without excessive visual bulk. A central ceiling stem supports the extended horizontal body, which turns downward at each end to position two matching shades in a balanced, symmetrical arrangement.

The strength of the design is its proportion. Rather than concentrating the light source at the centre of the room, the two heads are separated across the length of the fixture, giving the pendant a naturally wider visual footprint. This makes it particularly effective above elongated surfaces where a conventional single pendant can appear undersized.

Choose between a brass-finished body for a warmer, more traditional metallic character or a nickel-finished body for a cooler, cleaner appearance. Both finishes retain the same streamlined form, allowing the pendant to work across contemporary, transitional and subtly industrial interiors.

Three lengths — 102 cm, 120 cm and 140 cm — allow the fixture to be selected according to the scale of the furniture and room beneath it. Height can also be tailored during installation using the supplied suspension-rod sections, making it easier to establish an appropriate relationship between the fixture, ceiling and surface below. When choosing between sizes, consider the overall length of the furniture beneath the pendant, rather than simply the room dimensions. Leaving visible space beyond both ends of the fixture generally helps maintain a balanced relationship between the light and the table or island.

Installation Notes

The sectional rod suspension allows the hanging height to be configured during installation. Because the three pendant sizes share the same basic height and shade proportions, selecting between them primarily changes the horizontal scale of the fixture rather than its visual depth.

For installation over a dining table or kitchen island, determine the final suspension configuration before completing the electrical installation so that the shades sit at an appropriate height above the surface.
